Resilience and Wellbeing programme delivery for Shoreham Academy

Since 2021 I have been supporting the leaders, teaching and support staff at Shoreham Academy with their wellbeing and performance.

Shoreham Academy is a co-educational secondary school and sixth form located in Shoreham-by-Sea, West Sussex. Using a combination of one to one coaching, targeted training for leaders and support staff and confidence interventions for students, I was able to support individuals to navigate challenges, develop personal resilience and to thrive both personally and professionally.

By aligning with the school’s values of integrity, hard work and excellence, this programme has worked alongside the school’s culture of high performance and provided excellence in wellbeing. 

Resilience Training & Coaching for Care for the Carers

Supporting carers in challenging times requires a strong, resilient team behind them.

To ensure that the dedicated professionals at Care for the Carers could continue to provide vital support to those in unpaid caring roles, I delivered a comprehensive resilience training programme, followed by one-to-one coaching to support individual implementation. This initiative aimed to equip team members with the tools to manage stress, maintain emotional resilience, and sustain their well-being while working in high-pressure environments.

By reinforcing resilience at every level, from frontline staff to senior leadership and volunteers, this training empowered the entire organisation to continue its vital work with confidence and sustainability.

Effective teamwork is the foundation of any successful organisation, and at the RSPCA, creating strong, cohesive teams is essential for delivering their mission. I had the privilege of providing a tailored training session designed to enhance team collaboration by exploring individual personalities, communication styles, and social preferences.

Through engaging discussions and activities, participants gained a deeper understanding of how their unique approaches to communication impact team dynamics and interactions with other departments. By recognising and embracing differences, the team strengthened their ability to work together effectively.

Personality and Performance with the RSPCA

Enhancing Neurodiversity and Inclusion at the Caravan and Motorhome Club

I partnered with the Caravan and Motorhome Club to help create a more inclusive and neuro-affirmative workplace culture.

My work focused on increasing neurodiversity awareness, upskilling managers and leaders, refining recruitment processes, and equipping the DEI team with specialised knowledge. I also provided coaching skills training, leadership development, and crisis management preparation to support front line managers.

Through tailored workshops, one-on-one coaching, and ongoing training, this initiative has led to significant improvements in leadership effectiveness, workplace inclusion, and contact centre performance.

As a thought leader in mindset, neurodiversity, and performance, I’m passionate about sharing insights that challenge conventional thinking and empower individuals to thrive.

My work has been featured in various publications, where I offer practical strategies and fresh perspectives to help people realise their full potential.
