Enhancing Neurodiversity and Inclusion at the Caravan and Motorhome Club

I partnered with the Caravan and Motorhome Club to help create a more inclusive and neuro-affirmative workplace culture.

My work focused on increasing neurodiversity awareness, upskilling managers and leaders, refining recruitment processes, and equipping the DEI team with specialised knowledge. I also provided coaching skills training, leadership development, and crisis management preparation to support front line managers.

Through tailored workshops, one-on-one coaching, and ongoing training, this initiative has led to significant improvements in leadership effectiveness, workplace inclusion, and contact centre performance.

To develop an inclusive workplace, I delivered neurodiversity and inclusion training across all levels of the organisation, from senior leaders, area management and contact centre team managers.

By ensuring awareness reached even the most remote regions, the Caravan and Motorhome Club has made substantial progress toward a culture where neurodivergent employees feel valued and supported. Managers are able to confidently create strategies to support every team member to perform at their best and provide effective coaching to develop skills in their teams.

Building a Neuro-Affirmative Culture

Enhancing Leadership and Crisis Management

I worked with managers to help them reduce stress and maintain effective leadership under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations. My leadership training focused on regulating arousal levels within the contact centre, preparing them for crisis situations and peak workload periods.

By equipping leaders with the skills needed to remain calm, communicate effectively, and lead their teams with confidence, I helped them navigate the challenges of their roles more effectively.

Empowering Managers with Coaching Skills

Effective feedback is key to performance improvement, so I developed coaching skills training for managers to enhance their ability to provide action-focused, constructive feedback. This has enabled contact centre agents to refine their skills and deliver better service to club members.

By strengthening managerial coaching capabilities, performance across the organisation has improved significantly.

One-on-One Coaching for Lasting Impact

In addition to group training, I provided individualised coaching to managers and neurodivergent employees, helping them navigate workplace challenges and optimise their performance.

This tailored approach ensured that employees received the specific support they needed to thrive in their roles, fostering both personal and professional growth.
